What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Any cancellations or changes to appointments require a minimum of one business day's notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee. In the event of a same-day cancellation or inaccessibility due to factors such as water outages, power outages, or pest infestations, the full appointment fee will be charged.
